Hotel Villa Victoria Pirámides

Victoria and Frederico are great! Traveling by motorcycle they provided secure parking for us. Arranged for our hot air balloon ride and took us to the takeoff spot and picked us up when we were done. Breakfast back at the hotel after our ride. Wonderful terrace with views of the Teotihuacan Pyramids to enjoy an afternoon beverage.

The rooms were very clean and nice, the service was excellent, Pamela y Hugo were super friendly and very helpful about how to get to the pyramids and how to schedule a balloon trip. The location was easy to find with Google maps. The only thing was that we arrived at night and it felt like we were lost, because it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside (at night). But it was a beautiful surprise to see the inside! Very secure, we could parked the car inside and it has a little kitchen restaurant also.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Warm, welcoming, and attentive, they offered excellent recommendations for local tours and even helped arrange a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the pyramids—a once-in-a-lifetime experience! My room in the terrace was immaculate, beautifully decorated with traditional Mexican touches, and the plush bed ensured a restful night’s sleep. Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons drifting across the horizon from our private balcony was pure magic. The on-site restaurant deserves its own praise. I savored authentic Mexican dishes bursting with flavor, all made from fresh, local ingredients. Whether you’re a history buff, a couple seeking romance, or a family looking for adventure, Hotel Villa Victoria is the ideal base. Outstanding service! The owner was attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable and arranged transportation for a nearby balloon ride and directed us to some good restaurants within walking distance. She was very friendly and easy to work with. The entire hotel and rooms were clean, tidy and simple. The room had 3 comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. Our room had a huge terrace/balcony with a great view of the Pyramid of the Sun and an overlook of the city. A very pleasant stay.

We had such a wonderful experience at Villa Victoria. Even though we’d already gone to another hotel, they went above and beyond — responding to us around 4 a.m. and even sending a driver to pick us up at 5:30 a.m. so we could make it in time to watch the hot-air balloons rise. The panoramic view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking — mountains, balloons, and golden sunrise. Everything was spotless, and you can really feel the love and care that goes into this family-run hotel. We were so impressed and grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommend!

Great family always willing to feed you and get you a great rest. Rooms are great, close to balloons. You must stay here you will not be sorry. They offer transport, very reasonable prices.

The service was really good, the lady there made sure me and my familiy got the best tours with the best deals. The food was also very tasty. All the tours me and my family went on were very good as well and the lady helped us out on everything and she took pictures of my family and she was very nice. 100% reccomend coming here.
